- MyoD, Myf5, Mrf4, myogenin: +25%, -10%, +5%, and -25% compared to control, -6%, +11%, -17%, and -12%, in creatine and doxorubicin solei when compared to control.

The percentages signify the difference in optical density either between control and Dox or control and Cr+Dox, however, were not statistically significant. It was found that in the solei from Dox, MyoD, Myf5, Mrf4, and myogenin expression +25%, -10%, +5%, and -25% in respect to the control. The expression of both MyoD and Mrf4 increased in expression as Myf5 and myogenin decreased when Dox was in the rat system for 5 days. Respectivly, the MRF expression of Creatine and Dox compared to the control were -6%, +10%, 17%, and -12%. With the combination of Creatince and Dox, the MRF expression increased in Myf5 and Mrf4, as in MyoD and myogenin the expression desreased. In the soleus, Dox both increased and decreased the MRF expression, while Cr+Dox on average still fell under the control expression optical density.
MyoD, Myf5, Mrf4, and myogenin expression in DOX EDL were observed to be -4%, -44%, -14%, and -29% when compared to CON and -24%, -58%, -11%, and -43%, respectively in the EDL from CR+DOX compared to CON.
MyoD, Myf5, Mrf4, and myogenin expression in DOX EDL were observed to be -4%, -44%, -14%, and -29% when compared to CON and -24%, -58%, -11%, and -43%, respectively in the EDL from CR+DOX compared to CON.
EDL Myogenic Regulatory Factor expression with Dox decreased. Statistically insignificant: MyoD, Myf5, Myf4, and myogenin expression was -4%, -44%, -14%, and -29%. The expression of MRFs in respect to Cr+Dox were recorded to have also decreased: -24%, -58%, -11%, and -43%. When Dox was introduced into the system and left for 5 days, the MRFs responded to it by decreasing the amount that were present in the skeletal muscle. However, when Cr+Dox were introduced, the expression was even lower than Dox itself.
